ロングラン・テクノ・パーティ二十周年の祝祭
1998年に始動したテクノパーティー”REBOOT”が20周年を迎える。ダンスミュージックのトレンドの推移、マーケットの栄枯転変、転遷するクラブシーンにおいてテクノを追い続けてきたこのパーティーの偉業、そして1つの到達点であり通過点となるであろう祝祭は、REBOOTにとって8箇所目の拠点となるContactでの開催が決定した。
今回ゲストDJとして、レーベル”Octopus Recordings”を運営し、来日の度にオーディエンスから賛嘆されてきたSianを迎える。Studio XフロアにはSianに加え、Q’HEY、Mayuri、TAKAMI、KOMATSU、4人のレジデント陣がフロア・ボムをドロップする。Contactフロアでは、野外テクノフェスティバル”Sawagi Festival”による”Night Club Edition by Sawagi Festival”を開催。DJ K.U.D.O. a.k.a. Artmanを筆頭に、現在の日本のテクノシーンを代表するアーティストとなったA.Mochi、Sawagi Festivalの主宰 Tsutomu等がラインナップされた。
両フロアの中間にあるホワイエでは、REBOOTが約8年もの間拠点となっていた伝説的クラブ”Maniac Love”のスタッフが再集結、”喫茶Maniac Love”と題して一杯ずつドリップされるコーヒーを提供し、踊り続けるオーディエンスが一息付ける空間を演出する。
あらゆる視点から決して見逃すことができない、新たなる伝説の一夜となるに違いない。
The long running techno party celebrates its 20th anniversary
Since 1998, “REBOOT” has been in the forefront of techno and its culture. For their 20th anniversary, REBOOT has chosen to host this special event at Contact.
Along with label owner of “Octopus Recordings”, Sian; the 4 residents Q’HEY, MAYURI, TAKAMI and KOMATSU will be bringing some proper bangers to the Studio X floor.
Contact floor, “Night Club Edition by Sawagi Festival” will be hosted by “Sawagi Festival” featuring some of Japan’s techno originators including the likes of DJ K.U.D.O a.k.a. Artman, A.Mochi, “WEAVES” organizer U:ICHI, “WEAVES” resident JUN, and Sawagi Festival’s organizer Tsutomu.
The former staff from the legendary club “Maniac Love” will be serving drip coffee, as well as “REBOOT 20th ANNIVERSARY” original t-shirts for the first 100 people for free.
