It may not be so widely known, but South Africa is one of the countries that has a flourishing house music scene that’s deeply rooted to the local community. Their music is often described as afro deep house which combines soulfull and emotional melodies with modern deep electronic sounds. In both production and in DJ sets, his style is interpreting indigenous and physical grooves from Africa into sophisticated urban definition that’s fresh to ears. He is also someone who managed to build his star DJ career with a handicapped hand by working twice as hard than the others, and because of this, he is a symbol of hope.
