ロシア発の新鋭と巡るテクノの辺境

世界各地から湧き上がる未だ見ぬ異様な音楽を日夜求めている愛好家は、ロシアから現れた才媛Inga Mauerを見逃すことはできないはずだ。Mauerはロシアの芸術都市サンクトペテルブルクの小さな人気クラブStackenschneiderでのレジデントを本拠に、Panorama BarやDe Schoolなどヨーロッパのクラブを中心に熱心にツアーを行なっている。そうして訪れた土地、歴史、人物から得た様々な発想は彼女がRadio Cómeme内でホストを務めるミックスシリーズ「Bon Voyage」にて色濃く反映され、現在のインダストリアルやエレクトロを基調にテクノを縦断していく挑戦的なプレイは、まさしくMauerが各地を巡りながら積み上げた実力の証である。2016年からはリリースも行い、Hivern DiscsのサブレーベルHVNXから発表されたデビューEPと、Uncanny Valley傘下のShutmからのシングルの未だ2作品ながら、DJスタイルによって集めた注目に追随したさらなるインパクトを残している。今回は、現在同じく欧米でフレッシュに躍動するSapphire Slows、都内で精力的に活動する新鋭LynneとCICAとの邂逅。初来日はフロアとMauerにいかなる影響を与えるだろうか。

Hailing from St. Petersburg, Russia is the young and talented Inga Mauer. While holding a residency at Stackenschneider, a club located in St. Petersburg, she has been touring Europe. Playing in renowned clubs such as Panorama Bar and De School, and hosting her own radio show “Bon Voyage” through Radio Cómeme. Her eclectic style as a DJ and producer has gained the likes from artists and listeners worldwide. In 2016, she released her debut EP through “HVNX” as well as single releases from Shutm. Supporting acts are Tokyo-based Sapphire Slows, Lynne and CICA.
