Sapphire Slows, who performed at “CONTACT” WITH SKY at SHIBUYA SKY in March of last year, returns to Contact for the first time in 2 years, since sharing the stage with Jamie xx, with a live set.  With great imagination and her razor sharp concentration, she manipulates various machines including the Buchla, a masterpiece of analog synthesizers, effectively utilizing textures to depict an immersive atmosphere that takes over the minds and souls of the listeners.  Occa, who will be sharing the same stage with her for the first time, has been closely affiliated with DJ Nobu and Future Terror, and has made a name for himself as one of the top DJs playing at big raves.  Occa’s intoxicating and powerful sound design weaves from acid techno to future beats.  The musical exchange between Sapphire Slows should reach far beyond our expectations with great possibilities.  In addition, Ko Umehara, beloved by open-air festival freaks and techno fans of the underground, and YOUFORGOT, known for his alternative and psychedelic sets, will be joining the lineup in Studio X for the finest electronic music experience.  Contact floor features Bushmind, a member of the underground DJ crew “惨劇の森” with Ko Umehara, and the warped sounds of 7e.  Furthermore, Midori, the frontman of ‘the hatch’ who creates a world of oneness with unique ideas, and ntank, a high quality DJ hailing from Kyoto with a fanbase in the Kanto region, adds to the supreme and evolving sounds of Tokyo to create a trippy atmosphere that contrasts the vibe in Studio X.
