2 of Japan's biggest parties throw down for the closing eve

Reiji Okamoto’s YAGI EXHIBITION and JUN INAGAWA’s MAD MAGIC ORCHESTRA, two of the biggest and important parties at Contact, light massive fireworks for the night before closing.  A lineup comprised of 9 live acts and 20 DJ acts to welcome you all with all they’ve got for the final episode at Contact.  No time to get too sentimental with all the excitement and joy it should bring.
ALI, who’s been added to the lineup, has been quite busy for the past 10 months , since the end of last year, playing shows and festivals all over the country including a performance at OKAMOTO’S tour.  Their new song「NEVER SAY GOODBYE feat Mummy-D」has also been selected as the opening song for the anime『ゴールデンカムイ』(Golden Kamuy).  Along with the rich and funky sounds of ALI, the hatch, the alternative band that fuses Latin/Afro/modern jazz in their own unique way, and 鋭児 (AGE), whose approach to funk rock is fresh, will share the stage for the first time.  Definitely something that can only be accomplished by the 2 big party organizers.  Another big addition is DJ To-i, the alias of Toi Tachibana from the dance rock band DISH//.  Licaxxx and KenKen, both of whom have supported this party, crews CYK and Mild Bunch Soundsystem, kZm and JUBEE, VIPs of hip hop, and ralph adds to the lineup.  Taigen Kawabe, the frontman of Bo Ningen, and Peterparker69 sprinkles a dash of electronica that only adds to the diversity of this party.
With the scene that was completely cut off from overseas during the pandemic, Reiji Okamoto and JUN INAGAWA have cemented an original vibe made in Japan.  Stylish yet passionate, gorgeous and luxurious yet with a sense of familiarity, the two have provided many experiences here at Contact like no other.
