Players of small to big clubs, music as a counterculture, healing, enthusiasm, and experimentation

Tokyo’s local DJs coming from various contexts gather in numbers to display their works as a compilation rather than focusing on diversity.
Contact floor features the organizer of mAtter, Yukimoto Hamasaki.  He’ll be guiding us into a world of quality sounds based around dub.  Da Yama, the mastermind behind THE GUEST HOUSE; Toshiaki Coyama, an entrusted figure who’s played and supported many acts at countless clubs over the years; TAT2K of NIAKALAGUA EXODUS, who hosts regular events at Aoyama ZERO, Shibuya KOARA, playing at outdoor parties and appearances for Seoul Community Radio and Modeci; and EURLICA, who released a single from〈Interflow Records〉, brings Garage/Beat/Bass to the table.  Naoki Iwata, whose sound spans from disco to deep house, has gained a solid reputation for his solid grooves.  This night he’ll be stepping up from Foyer floor to Contact floor focusing on slow electro.
Mr. Disco Kid, a figure on the rise known for his tight underground disco and techno selections, will also be on decks.
Foyer floor welcomes ISSYO, obscure yet danceable selections; Chrumi, a DJ who spins ambient and minimal mixing in her own tracks; Neo Soul/Detroit/Ambient/Pop by the poetic performer 緑茶; dancer/beat session performer 野葬; Rena 19, who has developed her own unique Tokyo sound by digging in Ikebukuro and Shibuya; video-kid, a mutli-talent with an ever-lasting Padawan mind who designs flyers and T-Shirts; SUZU from the Japanese disco scene; and Reo Matsumoto & miffrino of Goodfellas Tokyo have lined up.
