Re:birthフェスティバルによる年始特別企画
昨年大好評だったRe:birth in Contactが、今年は1月12日 (祝前日) に新年のパーティとして開催決定！ ミニマルかつ重厚なサウンドで多方面にファンの多いモダンテクノの雄、Shiftedが来日する。そして、今年再始動し素晴らしいニューリリースを提げた往年のハードコアバンドWrenchが、久々にRe:birthに登場。DJ陣には、来年Berghainへの出演も決まり各地でエッジの効いた間違いない音をプレイし続ける〈Black Smoker〉のDJ Yazi。そして辺境マスターShhhhhが新境地のテクノセットで登場し、全国を飛び回るBonoboの番人Hobobrazilがメインフロアのオープニングを務める。
Contactフロアには、沖縄民謡を取り入れ世界的に注目を浴びているChurashima NavigatorのSinkichiが初登場！ インターナショナルゲストには、台湾の〈Smoke Machine〉がプッシュするベルリン在住の女性アーティスト、Jingを迎える。さらに、Space Gathering主催のRee. K & Masaが新年スペシャルB2Bセットを披露するほか、スケーター界隈からContactや野外パーティまで様々なパーティを盛り上げる現行世代のDJ Koudai × Tarzanに、あらゆる音を熟知する若手女性DJのAyana JJが華を添える。
そしてFoyerフロアは、前回に引き続き実験ライヴフロアとなる。Killer-BongにHair Stylistics、You the Rock★のノイズ、話題のバケツドラマーMasaなど、“ヤバイ”ラインナップとなった！
そして、明けて翌13日の朝6時より、青山蜂にてアフターパーティも予定。青山蜂の名物パーティMinimal Fishのサポートにより、子供も入場可能なたっぷり遊べる内容でお届け。成人の日の渋谷で2020年の幕開けを共にお祝いしよう！
Re:birth presents a new year party at Contact
Following their successful partly last year, Re:birth presents a new year party at Contact on 1/12 (Day before Holiday). Shifted, the modern techno heavy-hitter beloved by fans for his deep minimal sounds, returns as the main guest of honor. The hardcore band Wrench, back in full swing with a new release, joins the lineup along with Black Smoker’s DJ Yazi who is scheduled to play at Berghain later this year. Completing the lineup in the main room, new and fresh sounds of techno by the local master Shhhhh and an opening set by Bonobo’s Hobobrazil.
In the Contact floor, the Okinawa folk influenced Sinkichi from Churashima Navigator makes his first appearance. International guest is the Berlin-based Taiwanese female artist, highly praised by Taiwan’s Smoke Machine crew, Jing. A special new year B2B set by Space Gathering’s Ree. K & Masa, DJ Koudai x Tarzan known for their active role in the skater community and the party scene of the current generation, as well as the versatile female DJ Ayana JJ.
In contrast, Foyer floor will be packed with experimental live acts by the likes of Killer-Bong, Hair Stylistics, noise project by You the Rock★, bucket drumming by Masa, and many others.
From 6AM on the 13th, with the support of Minimal Fish, a kids-friendly official after party will take place at Aoyama Hachi. Come celebrate the New Year and the Coming of Age Day.
