DISCO FANTASY feat. RAHAAN

Rahaanによるディスコ桃源郷再び

30年近くシカゴアンダーグラウンドを牽引し、近年もDekmantelやBoiler Roomといった世界中の旬な現場で活躍し続けるRahaanが2年振りに帰還。その荒々しくも魂の込もったミキシングとイコライジングのスキルによって、ソウル、ディスコ、ガラージ、ディープハウスを猥雑に織り交ぜ、黒いグルーヴの最もドープな瞬間をフロアにもたらし続けるDJは、シカゴ・レジェンドのRon Hardyのスタイルに最も近いと称されている。また、Rahaan自身が手掛けたプライベートのリエディットやレアなディスコ・チューンを含むプレイリストも、常にヴァイナルディガーからの注目の的となっている。

Studio Xには今年初のギグとなるForce Of Natureとディスコやハウスクラシックスの熟練DJ KENNTAがサポート。FoyerフロアにはSoul MattersがDJ JINを迎えて現代ジャズを鳴らす“Jazzmatters” が展開する。

全てのフロアが入り乱れてブラックでスモーキーな芳香がたちこめる。

Return of disco arcadia by Rahaan

Rahaan will be back in Japan since 2017.
He has been leading the Chicago underground scene for the past 30 years, working the hottest floors all over the world such as Dekmantel and Boiler Room.
His soulful mix and high skilled equalizing covers the floor with some dark grooves and dopeness which has been referred closest to the style of Chicago legend, Ron Hardy. His playlists including private re-edits and rare disco tunes are always getting the attention from vinyl diggers.
Force of Nature, with they’re first gig this year and skilled disco DJ KEENTA will support the main floor.
